Bought a pack and changed your mind? Email desk@xemulator.example within 14 days of purchase and we refund the unused portion of the pack to your original payment method, pro-rata, no questions.
If a simulation errors out after taking your credit, the credit comes back. If it doesn't, email us with the approximate time and we fix the ledger.
Simulations are probabilistic; "the verdict disagreed with me" isn't a defect. But if output was genuinely broken (empty, garbled, mislabeled), write in — we re-credit generously. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically land in 5–10 business days.
